After passing CPA Exam in Japan, Maki joined Deloitte Tohmatsu, one of the Big 4 firms, and then worked at GE as a professional accountant. Over the past 10 years, Maki has helped many foreign companies from the US, Europe, and Asia understand Japanese complex and dynamic business environment, offering them solutions to overcome their local challenges.
Her experience also includes due diligence work for foreign based companies in M&A deals.
